This agreement is in regards to the previous agreement made between X-online (“Company”) and Recover from Injury (“Customer”) made on the 7th August 2017 to perform a video editing.
VIDEO EDITING / SIGN-OFF
In an effort to help streamline our workflow, Company requires an approval on the submitted video editing. Before signing, please review the service result and make note of any changes that should have been done when submitting your final changes.
The Company will send Customer 2 versions of edited file upon receiving of the payment within 24 hours:
- Hi Res version
- Website optimised version
Additional Services / Fees
Extra editing changes
After this document is signed any changes to the approved design will fall outside of the original contract and will be billed at the rate of $170 per hour.

An authorised signature below indicates the approval of this completion and the agreement of the terms and conditions outlined above.
